ONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Orders placed through our website indicate your acceptance of the preliminary information form and distance sales contract.

Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable legislation are in effect.

  • Shipping costs are borne by the seller
  • Products are delivered to the person or organization specified by the buyer within 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the buyer may cancel the contract
  • Products must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with a warranty certificate if applicable
  • If the product cannot be supplied, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days and refund the payment within 14 days

PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

  • Credit card payments can be made in single or installment payments through our website
  • After placing an order, the payment transaction is processed automatically

NON-PAYMENT OF PRODUCT PRICE

If the product price is not paid or the payment is canceled, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD

If unauthorized use of a credit card is detected and the amount is not paid to the seller, the product must be returned by the buyer within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the seller.

FORCE MAJEURE

If the seller cannot deliver due to unforeseeable reasons, the buyer will be informed. The buyer has the following options:

  • Cancel the order
  • Request replacement with a similar product
  • Request postponement of delivery

In case of cancellation:

  • Cash payment: Refunded to the buyer within 14 days
  • Credit card: Refunded to the bank within 14 days; reflection to your account may take 2-3 weeks

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT

The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery and should not accept damaged or incomplete products from the cargo company. Accepted products are considered undamaged.

If the right of withdrawal will be exercised:

  • The product must not be used
  • It must be carefully preserved
  • It must be returned with the invoice

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Withdrawal Period

  • For service purchases, the period starts from the date the contract is established
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started with the buyer's consent
  • Costs are borne by the seller

Withdrawal notice must be made in writing by registered mail with return receipt, fax, or email.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • Product invoice (with return invoice if corporate)
  • The product, its box, packaging, and accessories (if any) must be complete and undamaged
  • Return form must be completed

RETURN CONDITIONS

  • Within 10 days after the withdrawal notice is received, the fee and debiting documents are returned to the buyer
  • The product is collected within a maximum of 20 days

If there is a decrease in the value of the product due to the buyer's fault, the buyer compensates the seller's loss.

Note: If the campaign amount is not met after withdrawal, the discount is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

Non-returnable products:

  • Custom-made products prepared according to personal requests
  • Underwear bottoms, swimsuit/bikini bottoms
  • Products whose packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons

Condition: Must be unopened, untried, undamaged, and unused.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES

In case of default in credit card payments, the buyer is responsible for interest and expenses according to the contract with the bank. Additionally, the seller may claim damages incurred for this reason.

EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For products shipped to the EU, you have the right to return or cancel within 14 days without giving any reason. The product must be unused, tagged, and in its original packaging. Receipt is required.
